All the girls looked really good in those maid outfits. Though I think that it fit Kita the best. Ryo was the best crossdressing butler tho. I loved the way she treated the Mad Max rejects.

Chainsawman has haters that would work long hours just to drag the show down its a popularity thing, this show has a got a very particular type of elite gentleman/woman for an audience and they are all pretty pleased

Not really overhype since nobody guessed it will be this amazing of an adaptation. Both Chainsaw man and Bocchi have manga version but only Chainsaw man got so much advertisements several months before it came out. I didn't even knew Bochi the rock existed.

If anything this was an underdog since Bochi wasn't even in the top ten rankings when it first came out.

Well you do have a point. Maybe overrated would be the better term. I definitely think this one has become overrated. People overstating how good it is, mostly due to recency bias. It's literally in the top 30 anime on MAL. That's way too high imo

for me nothing will surpass k-on in this category of anime<3 each character is interesting in their own way and all the music is top tier and catchy asf-doesn't hurt that they had way more episodes to flesh things out too (but don't get me wrong I love this show as well

Chainsaw man has about 7 times the amount of people who put in a rating so it's a little skewed though tbf. It's harder to maintain higher scores with that many viewers

DIY is my personal favorite show this season featuring cute girls doing cute things themselves... but Bocchi is a close second, and definitely has the more impressive artistic expression. XD

I actually dropped DIY…not because it was bad or anything, but I simply had too many shows on Wednesday and it aired in a pretty bad time slot for me. :(
